Shipping Fee

For a limited time, shipping is totally FREE to anywhere in the world. You can purchase additional insurance if you wish.

Shipping is very discreet. We uses brown envelopes or brown boxes. There is no mention of KoolBikini on the outside.

On your credit card statement, it will show our corporate name "Betterthanstore Fashion Co" instead. 

Return Policy

We take pride in our high quality hand-crochet swimwears.

We do NOT accept returns due to hygiene reasons and this guarantees you will never buy a tried-on product from us.

Exchange can only be done to the same style and same colour but different size. You must contact us within 3 days after receiving the product. All exchanges carry a restocking fee of 35% of the original purchasing price plus a return shipping fee of US$5. A Return Authorization Code will be emailed to you and please include this Return Authorization Code with your return.

Please note that the return garment must be unworn and scent free and carry all the original tags and packaging. It must be in re-sellable condition. Any garments that have been worn or not scent free or not in re-sellable condition will be shipped back to you right away.
